Chicago Patchwork Farms

Healthy food access

Our 2022 Veggie CSA signups are open!

We grow the best food we can with the utmost care for our land, its ecosystem and our community.

We want everyone to have access to our produce. As a step towards this goal, we offer produce at our farmstand for a donation on a sliding scale.

Farm sites

We grow at multiple farm sites in Chicago. Our farmstand and CSA pickup are at our Humboldt Park neighborhood location, 2825 W Chicago Ave. We are currently closed for winter. During the season farmstand is open on Wednesdays 3–6 pm and Saturdays 10 am–2 pm.

We also grow at City Farm and The Plant.

We’re having a fundraiser on Saturday, February 26: pozole for a cuase / soups and seeds! More details here.

We host volunteer days, yoga classes, special events, and more.

Farm Tour

What is Chicago Patchwork Farms?

The simple answer is we are an urban vegetable farm. The deeper answer is we are so much! We are a place where people from many parts of Chicago gather, share food, and build bonds.

Food access & farmer support fundraiser

With your support, we can make equal access a reality and get farm-fresh produce directly into the hands of residents who need it.

We started this fundraiser last year, and it is still active for donations.

A big thank you to everyone who supports the farm and community with funding, time, eating our veggies, and all the other things.
