Chicago Patchwork Farms is a BIPOC led Urban Farm serving the West and Southside of Chicago. We incorporate organic practices in order to feed our people the most nutrient dense foods. None will be turned for lack of funds- we offer all our produce at a sliding scale to our community. We connect with our communities with our seasonal farm stand, summer CSA, on site farm dinners, volunteer opportunities, skill shares, and workshops. We are establishing many native perennials in our farms to channel as much harmony as possible between us and the native ecology!

apoyar in Spanish is “to uplift,” “to back” mutual growth happenIt has a deeper meaning than just“to support”. It speaks to both emotional and physical care — offering strength, sharing weight, and showing up because we know our well-being is connected to our communities.

That is the spirit of Chicago Patchwork Farms.

We uplift us, together we uplift our community.

You are an integral part of our community. We are investing in our health and the health of our local community. Through our sliding scale, those who are able to pay more help make it possible for neighbors to participate who otherwise would have trouble doing so.Together, we ensure that everyone eats — including the farmers who grow your food.

As inflation and the uncertainty of the world rise ; the price of good food is only going up. We are no exception to this. We do our best to provide equitable prices to our community and while keeping the farm afloat. If you are able to pay more or extra to our Community Solidarity Fund, know you are apoyando (uplifting) a community of love and fueling a just food system.

Nosotros apoyamos. Nos apoyamos mutuamente. We uplift each other.
